Users are responsible for their accounts and activities within the Application. Violations of these Terms may result in account termination.

The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Users may also stop using the Application at any time.
The developer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is recommended that users review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by United States law. Any disputes that arise will be resolved through arbitration according to the rules in effect at the time the dispute is initiated, with a single arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon.
